Web Site Statistics

Site statistics enable you to see valuable information about the visitors to your web site. Interlogica provides comprehensive reporting that is available to all customers online through a restricted site login.

System Upgrades

If upgrades and changes to your system are required we manage these with appropriate analysis, planning and scheduling to minimise customer and user disruption. Our sophisticated 'Service Pause' system elegantly re-directs site visitors to a pleasant notification page.

Content Updates

We offer flexible low cost content update service packages that enable you to keep your content fresh at very competitive prices; giving you the freedom to update content quickly and as often as you like.

Web Site Files Backup

All site files are backed up on a daily basis with archives kept for the last 14 days.

Database Backups

Backing up data is critical in the prevention of data loss. We recognise that data loss to any Web Host Pro can be catastrophic. Our comprehensive database backup system runs scheduled backups that are stored on seperate systems to ensure further protection in the case of hardware failure.

Advanced System Monitoring

To maintain the optimum health of your system, Interlogica utilises sophisticated monitoring systems to ensure that any problem that may interfere with the operation of your web site is immediately recognised and can be rectified as soon as possible.

Often we are able to identify issues that may arise before any impact to the operation of your web site system occurs.

Online Support Tickets

Interlogica provides a sophisticated online trouble ticket system for all web host customers. This easy to use system enables our customers to log requests or issues and see the status of their requests online. This service is especially useful for larger Interlogica customers with staff as the requests can be logged and managed by any staff member with access.

The response time that we commit to for a support ticket is determined by our Service Level Agreement with each customer and is arranged with the web hosting contract.

User Control Panel

Put yourself in the driver's seat with access to your own control panel. The control panel gives you the ability to manage your mailboxes, email addresses, email forwarding and mail auto-responders. Although Interlogica will manage all other technical aspects of your domain account for you, if you have an Interlogica Control Panel, you will be in full control of all the mailboxes and email addresses for each of your domains. If you have more than one domain, they may all be managed through a single Interlogica Control Panel. Domains are treated separately and can be added to your Control Panel one by one allowing you to pick and choose which domain you would like to manage the email services for. This means that you may elect to have Interlogica manage email services for one of your domains, and you manage email services for another - you decide!
