During this third phase of the project process, the design is turned into a fully functional web site application. This is where the web site system is actually built by Designers and Programmers. The phase has the following steps:

• Screen Design / Graphical User Interface (GUI) Mock Up
• Fixed Bid
• Support Plan
• Contractual Services Agreement

Next Step
Once testing is complete the system is ready for the client. But in order to insure that the client and the intended audience are ready for the system we move onto the next phase - Release & Promote.
